WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Design and apply custom lash extensions and lash lifts, brow shaping, and spray tanning.
-Consult with clients and make professional recommendations
-Educate clients on aftercare and retail products
-Deliver an amazing client experience — every single time
-Keep the lounge sanitary and pristine
-Stay current with education and new techniques
-Help with client check-in/out and POS 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-Current WA Cosmetology or Esthetician license
-A real passion for beauty and for helping women feel their best
-Professional, punctual, and consistent with sanitation standards
-Comfortable wearing the Lux uniform (black scrub top + black pants)
-1 year of lash/brow experience preferred — but not required. We will train the right person!
-1 year of customer service experience 

COMPENSATION
$17.50 – $35.00 per hour (hourly + tips)
Paid training at minimum wage during your 90-day onboarding — you earn while you learn.

Job Type: Part-time, with potential to grow into full-time
Shifts: Weekday and evening availability required/ no weekends
Location: In-person at Lux Beauty Lounge, 4725 NE 4th Street, Renton, WA
