At Lux Beauty Lounge, every team member is personally trained by founder and Licensed Master Esthetician Erica Willecke to deliver the quality, care, and consistency our clients have come to love. We exclusively carry our own line of lashes and lash aftercare products, and we're passionate about educating every client on how to get the most out of their service, because we believe an informed client gets the best results. Erica is the founder and owner of Lux Beauty Lounge and a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for natural lash health, sun-safe tans, and staying ahead of the latest techniques is the foundation Lux is built on.
Beauty has always been in her blood. She grew up surrounded by hairdressers, and her mom and aunts shaped everything she brings to Lux today. She created this space so every woman can walk in, relax, and feel completely at ease. There's no judgment on age and no pressure to look a certain way, just the belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful.
Outside the lounge, Erica keeps busy with her kids' school and sports schedules and loves soaking up summer at Lake Chelan with her husband, Brandon, her identical twin boys, and her daughter. Her two long-haired chihuahuas, Coco and Maui, are always close by. Her greatest goal? To show her kids that doing what you love leads to a career that brings you joy every single day.

SOPHIE
Meet Sophie! She became an esthetician to help every client feel beautiful, confident, and completely at ease from the moment they walk through the door, and that's still at the heart of everything she does.
Sophie loves doing volume lashes and spray tans. She customizes each volume set to fit her client's unique features, and she loves sending people home with a gorgeous, natural-looking glow. Her favorite part of the job is seeing a client light up when they look in the mirror after their appointment.
Outside the lounge, you'll usually find her outdoors with her boyfriend, and once summer hits, she's camping as much as she can. She also loves spending time with her golden retriever puppy, Winnie.

Arianna
Meet Arianna! She became an esthetician because she’s passionate about helping clients look and feel their very best.
Arianna believes a good day starts with confidence, and her goal is to make every client feel relaxed, refreshed, and beautiful by enhancing their natural features. She loves all things lashes and finds waxing extremely satisfying. Whether you want a soft, natural look or something fuller and more dramatic, her favorite part is seeing your smile when the service is done.
Outside the lounge, Arianna stays active with Pilates and hikes near her home in North Bend. When she’s not on the trail, you’ll find her hanging out with her chocolate-brown Ragdoll cat or keeping up with her own lashes, nails, skin, and hair.
