At Lux Beauty Lounge, every team member is personally trained by founder and Licensed Master Esthetician Erica Willecke to deliver the quality, care, and consistency our clients have come to love. We exclusively carry our own line of lashes and lash aftercare products, and we are passionate about educating every client on how to get the most out of their service — because we believe an informed client gets the best results. Erica is the founder and owner of Lux Beauty Lounge and a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 20 years of experience — the last 14 dedicated entirely to lash artistry. Her passion for natural lash health, sun-safe tans, and staying ahead of the latest techniques are the foundation Lux is built on.
Beauty has always been in her blood. Growing up surrounded by hairdressers — her mom and aunts shaped everything she brings to Lux today. She created this space so every woman could come in, relax, and feel completely at ease. no judgment on age, no pressure to look a certain way, just the belief that every woman deserves to feel beautiful.
Outside the lounge, Erica is busy with her kids' school and sports schedules and loves soaking up summer at Lake Chelan with her husband, Brandon, her twin boys, and her daughter. Her greatest goal? To show her kids that doing what you love leads to a career that brings you joy every single day. And her two long-haired chihuahuas Coco and Maui? Always close by. 🐾

Sophie's goal as an esthetician is to help every client feel beautiful and confident — and that passion is exactly what led her to become one herself. She brings dedication, warmth, and a love of continuing education to every appointment.
Sophie is certified in Nuda Sunless Spray Tanning and loves giving clients a gorgeous, natural-looking glow. And when it comes to lashes, volume sets are her specialty — whether you're looking for a light, fluffy volume set or a dense, textured statement look, Sophie is your girl.
In her 3+ years at Lux, Sophie has become an integral part of the team — serving as manager and playing a key role in consulting on new products and services. Her keen eye for quality and her deep commitment to the Lux standard make her someone clients and the team rely on every day.
When she's not at the lounge, you'll find her outside soaking up the fresh air or camping as much as possible in the summer with friends! 🏕️

Zoe
Zoe is a Renton local who brings warmth, positivity, and a genuine love for her clients to every single appointment. She has a true talent for natural and soft wispy lash sets, giving clients that effortlessly beautiful, understated look that feels polished without being overdone. She has also become the studio's go-to expert in lash lifts and brow laminations — if you're looking for perfectly lifted lashes or brushed-up, defined brows, Zoe is your girl. And when it comes to spray tans, she loves delivering a killer glow-up with a flawless, natural-looking Nuda tan that has clients coming back every time.
Her down-to-earth energy makes every client feel completely comfortable from the moment they sit in her chair, and she takes pride in making sure everyone leaves feeling confident and beautiful. When she's not creating gorgeous lashes, she works as a paraeducator at Dimmitt Middle School — and that same patience, care, and dedication to helping others shines through in everything she does at Lux.
