APPOINTMENT TIMELINESS IS EXPECTED AND APPRECIATED
Arriving late will limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled and you will still be billed the full price for the scheduled service.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment online without penalty.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 72 and 24 hours either by text, email, or both. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 4 hours of your appointment time or if you do not attend, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. A card must be on file for all new client when booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect the time that has been set aside for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time and give you our full and undivided attention.
Lux Beauty Lounge uses Vagaro to process payments and accepts all major credit cards as well as cash. By scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to pay all fees and dues after services are rendered.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Lux Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. This includes gift cards. For health and sanitation reasons, all sales are final on retail products unless defective, then they will be replaced. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary fix appointment if it is the fault of the application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
Due to safety and liability considerations, children may not accompany you to your appointment as we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
